1
Create Your Account
If you’ve been invited to a team, you’ll receive an email from TritonWear. Click the “Let’s Go” button in that email to create your account.
Note: You can only create an account through this invitation. The person who purchased the membership must invite you first, and the invite will be sent to the email address they used for you.
During setup, you’ll be asked to:
- Set a password (at least 8 characters, including an upper- and lowercase letter, number, and special character).
- Enter your birthdate and height. These are required for all users, including coaches and swimmers.
2
Verify Your Account
Check your email and click on the verification link using the same device you used to register.
3
Receive Your Device(s)
Once you’ve created your account, your coach or team admin will take care of activating and assigning any devices you’ll use, whether that’s a Triton unit, a Polar Verity Sense heart rate monitor, or both.
Important: You won’t be able to activate or assign devices yourself, so make sure your coach has completed this step before your first swim.
Once assigned, your devices will appear on your Account Management page in the app, and you’ll be ready to hit the water as soon as they do.
4
Update Your Triton Unit (If Needed)
If your Triton Unit needs a firmware update, you’ll see a red ❗ icon next to it.
On your phone or tablet, with Bluetooth enabled:
- Open the TritonWear app.
- Go to the Account Management page.
- Tap Update Units if the option appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Good to know: Any swimmer, coach, or team admin can update a device as long as it’s nearby and turned on. You don’t need to wait for assignment or activation first.
If the light on your unit stays purple after updating, try turning it off and on again. Still not working? Reach out to support@tritonwear.com.
